For Love or Real Estate: The Cost of Getting Divorced in China

In China they have made a new law that states that when a couple gets divorced any property that was bought before marriage will only belong to the person who's name is on it. This new law also states that real estate as a gift from one of the spouses parents will belong to that spouse only. This law has made a huge impact on people decisions to get married in China and its also made people think twice about getting a divorce.
